Where We Ship

We ship within the United States and Canada. We are not able to accept orders from other countries at this time.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are priced at $960 CAD to account for currency conversion and import fees. All applicable duties are paid — your order will arrive without any additional duty charges. Please note that Canadian customers will be subject to provincial sales taxes (GST/HST) at the time of delivery, which are collected by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Delivery time frames vary by location. Standard shipping times apply from the date of dispatch. You will be able to track your order every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $300 USD. Orders under $300 USD are subject to a flat rate of $25 USD. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Darra is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will make it right promptly.
